Delivery
Once your order has been placed our team will carefully pack your order appropriately. All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped within 48 hours. All products will be shipped using AusPost for your convenience and a fast delivery time. Once the product has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us so you know your order is on the way!
Please note: We are not responsible for packages damaged, lost or stolen once in the possession of AusPost.
Returns
If you are un-happy with your order we offer a 14 day return policy on all our products!
To be eligible for a return:
- A request must be submitted and the product must be posted within 14 days of receiving your product.
- The Product must be in the original packaging with no damage to either the packaging or the product. (We will request photos before requesting you post the product).
Once we have received the product back from you we will send you a confirmation email and either send you a replacement product or create your refund. Please be aware it may take up to 2 business days for the money to appear in your account.
